Getting Started
To begin trading digital assets on Renalta, you first need to fund your account. For more details on funding your account, see our article on supported deposit methods.
Once your account has been funded, you may access the full list of digital assets available for trading by tapping the Diversify button at the bottom of the dashboard page. From there, you'll be able to select an individual asset and see detailed information, including historical performance and other select stats.
From the asset details page, you should be able to buy the asset via the buttons at the bottom. If you own any amount of the asset, you'll also see a second button for selling it.
How do I request an additional asset for trading?
You're welcome to suggest assets to be made available for trading via [email protected]. Suggestions will be considered individually, with no guarantees of inclusion.
Is Renalta an Exchange?
Renalta is not an exchange. When you submit a trade through Renalta's platform, we check multiple decentralized exchanges (DEXes) to find the best rate for your desired trade and prepare a cryptographic transaction containing the details of the trade. This transaction is then sent back to your device to be signed, before being broadcast to the appropriate blockchain network.
Where are the assets held?
All digital assets are held in your self-custodial wallet, the keys of which you're able to export at any time via the mobile app. To understand how physical assets such as gold are tied to the digital assets available for trading, see our supported assets.
