For your convenience, Renalta supports a number of different deposit methods, and is continually adding support for more. Each method comes with its own features and limitations, which are documented below.
Apple Pay
Renalta supports instant deposits via Apple Pay, through an integration with Coinbase. Deposits done via Apple Pay must use a debit card. Additionally, certain banking institutions, e.g. Chase, may have policies preventing the use of their accounts for use with crypto and crypto-adjacent platforms.
This method is available to both verified and unverified users, but is capped at $500 a week, and a total of 15 transactions over an account's lifetime.
Bank Accounts
Verified users can link an existing account via our Plaid integration. Bank account transfers are limited to $10,000 per day across all linked accounts.
Deposits initiated via Bank Accounts are credited instantly so you can start earning immediately, but will remain in a pending state until Renalta has received the funds from your account. Funds cannot be withdrawn while they are in a pending state.
Depending on the account and other factors, bank account transfers typically take 1-4 business days.
Crypto Wallets & Exchanges
Renalta supports crypto deposits across a variety of chains, the full list of which can be seen in the mobile app. Currently, only USDC is supported.
To initiate a transfer of crypto assets, simply tap Select Account in the Add Funds page, tap Transfer Crypto, and then copy or scan the wallet address to send funds to.
Depending on the chain that assets are sent on, a crypto deposit typically takes anywhere from a few seconds to around half an hour to be fully confirmed.
